Scope of Responsibility
In this role, the West Regional Sales Manager (RM) must be able to develop and implement a regional business plan and execute strategic corporate sales objectives. Additionally, developing a cohesive sales team that drives sales professionalism and an environment of accountability is a critical component of the RM role. This will be accomplished through regularly scheduled communications, field visits, and field development letters. Responsibilities also include key customer engagement, C-suite presentations and negotiations, and a clear understanding of the healthcare environment and how it relates to the Cutting Edge Spine business.
